When you submit an application through this site, we collect the information you provide directly: full name, email address, school and year, major, the type of role you're recruiting for, your resume (PDF), and any additional details you share in the application message.

How we use it

We use this information solely to evaluate your application and, if you're selected, to contact you about mentorship. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

How it's stored

Application submissions are sent directly to the Forge Recruiting Group team via email and are not stored in a public or third-party database beyond standard email retention.

Your choices

You can request that we delete your submitted application information at any time by emailing hello@forgerecruitinggroup.com.
